March 14, 2025 at 12:57 pmOne thing I’ve been worrying about with a shutdown. What would that do to court cases? The judiciary is trying to put the breaks on some of what’s going on, does a shutdown remove that tool?

March 14, 2025 at 7:13 pmNo. Point is now moot, but the courts continue to operate as usual during federal government shutdowns.
